The organizer has the possibility to announce a winner (award business) within the Fluenta system. Once set up, the system will send an automatic email notification to the participant about the result, and this information will also be displayed on the Fluenta Dashboard, which can be clicked to navigate to a filtered view of the tender events. Clicking on the name of the procedure will display the result and, if the organizer has added one, a custom message.
Important to note: Any task necessary after the announcement of the winner (e.g. contract negotiations) requires contact at the organizer's discretion, in most cases outside the Fluenta Sourcing system.
