The announcement of the results (awarding business) is an optional feature for the organizer, but it gives the opportunity to inform the participant through the system. In the case of a multiple-item auction, the business award may vary from item to item .
The information will be sent by email in the form of an automatic system message after the organizer has set up the awards. The system message is available in the Fluenta account via the letter icon at the top of the Dashboard, which directs the user to the Mailbox interface, or in their own email account.
System messages about awarding business:
- Business not awarded in a Fluenta auction: the auction (or the item in question) does not have a winner or the announcement of the results has been postponed. The email will include the auction ID, auction title, and the name of the item or items.
- Business awarded to other participant(s) in a Fluenta auction: A winner was announced in the auction (or for a particular item), but your bid did not win.
- Business awarded to you in a Fluenta auction: A winner was announced in the auction (or for a particular item), but your bid won. In addition to the basic auction details, the email will include the contact details of the organizer.
