I have a question on the content or technical details of the event.

In this article, you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions on the content and technical details of Fluenta Sourcing events.

  1. I have a question about the content of the sourcing event.

If you need information on the content of the event, please contact the event's organizer.

  2. The sourcing event was modified, what changed?

If you need information on the content of the event, please contact the event's organizer.

  3. Why do I get a reminder email every day?

If the organizer modifies the event, all submitted responses are returned to draft status. The system automatically notifies you every 24 hours until you (re)submit your response to make sure you don't miss the submission deadline.

  4. Why do I get so many system messages?

The system notifies you of everything important that happens in the sourcing event, so that you don't miss anything essential to the process. For this exact reason, automatic system messages (e.g. reminders after an event has been modified) can't be turned off.

  5. I can see the data from an old sourcing event in the current sourcing event.

The two events were probably both open in the browser at the same time; in this case, we can't ensure that your data is saved correctly, and it's possible that the data from the two events gets mixed up.
We suggest logging out, closing the browser tabs, and opening a single Fluenta Sourcing page; if this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our Customer Support Team.
