• Owner: the user of the auction organizer company who is responsible for the given auction. Clicking on the name will bring up a pop-up window with contact details (usually the email address). If you have any questions about the details of the auction, you should contact this person; Fluenta Customer Support can only help with technical questions about the system.
• Organizer company: the company represented by the auction owner. Clicking on the name will bring up a pop-up window with company details (tax number, address).
• Organizer department: the department within the organizer company that is represented by the auction owner (optional).

• Title: the name of the auction
• Identifier: the auction ID (if there are any issues or questions about the auction, please refer to the auction by this identifier)
• Auction number: custom identifier given by the organizer (optional)
• Auction status
