Technical information you should note about the Auction module:
- System time: The time used and displayed by the auction system. All time parameters of the auction are set according to system time. The system time is displayed on each page at the top right of the screen. In the system, users should set their own time zone in their personal settings, so that all notifications and important auction dates and times will be displayed in the appropriate time zone.
- Users of the auction system are advised to log in to the system approximately 2-10 minutes before the auction starts to ensure that the system is available to them and that all technical requirements are fulfilled.
- Organizers have no control over the receipt of automatic emails sent from the system to suppliers (due to suppliers' local networks). Therefore, as the auction system is also a notification channel for participants, we recommend that you check your emails often and visit the auction platform at regular intervals (approximately every 3-7 days) to check whether you have been invited to participate in a new auction.
- Pop-ups are disabled in some browsers. If, for example, the name of the organizer is not displayed, please enable pop-ups on the Fluenta website in your browser settings.
Important to note: Do not open multiple Fluenta Auction pages in the same browser (multi-tabbing), as this may cause system disruption resulting in data corruption or data loss.
