If the organizer needs more information than what was included in the response form of the normal tender event, they can add a second (new) round to the event with new questions.
The Fluenta Dashboard widget will indicate that you have been invited to the second (third, etc.) round of an event, and an automatic system message will be sent to your email address.
The process is then the same as for the first round. You can start filling out the response form by selecting the Edit answer option in the Actions column in the table view. Once filled out, the response must be submitted and finalized as usual.
Important to note: Depending on the organizer's settings, questions from the previous round(s) may also appear in subsequent rounds of an event for information purposes, but in no case can the data content of these be modified. Only newly added fields are editable. If there is no editable field in the answer form, please contact the organizer of the event.
