Personal settings are available to everyone in the Fluenta Settings interface.
The Settings function is available in the left menu bar of the Fluenta system.
On this page, all users have access to the Profile, Security and Dashboard settings.
Profile
In this menu you can access and modify your personal information:
- Profile picture, email address, first and last name
- Preferred language
- Time zone (please make sure that this is always set correctly)
- Default currency
- Position, department
- Phone number, mobile number, fax number

Security
In this menu you can access and modify your login settings:
- Change password and password expiry: for security reasons, each password is valid for 3 months; the system then requires a password change. The time remaining until your password expires is shown on this page.
- Multifactor authentication
Dashboard
In this menu you can personalize how the Fluenta Dashboard is displayed for you.
You can set which module widgets should be displayed or hidden, and the order in which the displayed modules should follow each other.
Deleting a user account
A user account created in Fluenta cannot be deleted by our users.If you wish to cancel your account, please contact Fluenta Support
