You can navigate to the table view of auctions by clicking on the text information in the widget or by clicking on Auction in the blue navigation bar on the right.
Two tabs will appear:
Start page
On this page, the participant will see a list of auctions that have not yet closed and to which they have been invited by one of the organizers. Depending on the status of the auctions, three separate table views might be displayed.
- Pending prebid submission requests: sometimes, the organizing company does not set the starting price, but instead they request the starting prices from all participants in advance. In this case, everyone starts the bidding from the price they have set themselves. The table will indicate the name of the organizing company, the auction publication date, the start of the solicitation and the current status. If you wish to accept the auction invitation, click on the "Accept" icon (thumbs pointing halfway). The auction will then change to "Started" status. You can enter your starting price by clicking on the "Enter auction" (eye) icon that appears.
- Pending auctions: when the organizer finalizes the auction, it will show up in the table view for invited participants. This way, you can find out in advance which company has invited you, when the auction details will be available (after the time displayed in the Auction publication column, you can click on the auction's title to see the auction overview), when the bidding will start and the auction's current status. If you wish to accept the auction invitation, click on the "Accept" (thumbs up) icon.
- Accepted auctions: once the auction has been accepted in the "Pending auctions" table, it will be moved to the "Accepted auctions" table. The auction will change its status to "Started" when the auction goes live. Click on the "Enter auction" (eye) icon that appears to start bidding.
Closed auction
To make the page easier to use, closed auctions are moved from the Auction Start page to be listed on this page.
The table view contains:
- The title and identifier of the auction (a 17-character numeric ID in brackets)
- The custom auction identifier given by the organizer (optional; cell might be empty)
- The name of the organizer company (if you click on the name, the company and organizer information will be displayed in a pop-up)
- The auction start time
- The auction close time
- The auction status
- The downloadable reports based on the auction (Excel, PDF, HTML)
