The Sourcing module helps organizers to request and compare information, proposals, or offers. As a participant, you have the possibility to enter the information requested, upload attachments and exchange messages with the organizer within the system in a safe, audited, online environment. The organizer may also announce the winner in the system, although this is an optional feature.
The organizer can also create a Workspace to invite contributors; this can serve as another information sharing platform, even for involved persons who are not registered in Fluenta. Workspaces may contain information important to the RFx event that concerns suppliers as well.
