What happens when the auction ends?

In this article, you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions on closed Fluenta Auction events.

  1. I couldn't take part in the auction, what can I do now?

Please contact the auction's organizer for possible solutions.

  2. How am I notified of the results of the auction?

It's subject to the organizer's decision. Results might be announced in the system, outside the system, or not at all. If you haven't received a notification a few days after the auction closes, we suggest you contact the auction's organizer.

  3. Where can I access my own bids after the auction has closed?

Navigate to the Closed Auction tab on the Fluenta Auction page. At the end of each auction's row, you can find the different reports available; these contain your bids and can be downloaded with just one click. If you've entered the closed auction's overview page, the reports are also available at the top of the page.

  4. Why can't I access the closed auction?

You can only access a closed auction if you've accepted the invitation to the event.
To access the auctions you have participated in (meaning you've accepted the invitation to), navigate to the Closed auction tab on the Fluenta Auction page. In the list view that appears, you can click the auction's title and enter its overview.

  5. Why can't I access the anonymized (redacted) HTML report?

It's possible the organizer hasn't made the report available, in which case participants don't have access to this specific report.

  6. How can I send the organizer the materials they have requested?

There's no option for this in the system; please contact the auction's organizer.
