There is no usage fee or other cost for participants. With a one-time, invitation-based registration, you have access to all the module interfaces that apply to you, and any of our partners can contact you through the system.
Fluenta is cloud-based; you don't need to download or install anything, the system is accessible from anywhere with internet connection.
The system stores all data safely and securely.
Our partners use the Fluenta system to hold auctions and sourcing events, place orders, and monitor their suppliers' compliance.
As a supplier or participant, you might need to work in the following Fluenta modules:
Auction:
A module for organizing electronic auctions that provides an online platform for bidding. Participants may be invited either as suppliers or buyers. As a participants, you will be invited to submit bids in the pre-determined timeframe.
Sourcing:
A module for organizing electronic (procurement) tender events. As a participant, you will be invited to fill out a response form to submit your offer.
R2O / Requisition to order:
A module for managing orders based on contracts and catalogs. As a supplier, you can manage order forms and delivery deadlines in the system.
Compliance:
A module for conducting compliance checks and supplier on-boarding. As a supplier, you will be invited to fill out a response form, which will then be evaluated in-system.
