The Compliance module helps to easily manage and store questionnaires in which the organizer company assesses whether a potential supplier meets the expectations of the company.
The supplier will be notified of the assessment in the Compliance widget on the Fluenta Dashboard and by a system email. The assessment includes a custom-designed electronic webform that the supplier has to complete and finalize until the specified deadline.
After completing and finalizing the answer, the owner may accept the supplier's answer, reopen it or cancel the assessment.
Once the answer has been finalized, no further action is needed on the supplier's part. However, the assessment may undergo further internal processes (of the organizer company). Therefore, the system considers the assessment completed only when all processes are finished.
By default, the supplier will not be notified of the result (supplier category). However, as a customized configuration setting, the organizer company may decide whether to send such notifications or not.
During the assessment process the system records all events, which means that the process can be audited. In addition, the system sends notifications to users participating in the assessment about events that occurred during the process.
