Depending on the organizer's settings, different reports may be made available to the participant after the auction has ended.
Clicking on the View all button in the Auction widget on the Fluenta Dashboard, then navigating to the Closed auctions tab will display the icons of the reports available for retrieval in the last column of the list view.
The organizer may allow four types of reports to be downloaded (each report is optional):
- Excel report: The report includes only the auction data of the participant. Information relevant to the participant is displayed on separate worksheets. These worksheets are as follows:
- Header data (main auction settings)
- Bids (all valid bids received by the system)
- Deleted bids (if any bid was cancelled by the organizer)
- Invalid bids (bids that were not accepted by the system)
- PDF report: Displayed in a pop-up window, from where you can download the summary document (which might serve as an executive summary for higher-ups). It contains the main details of the auction, the overall and item-by-item rankings (depending on the organizer's settings), as well as valid, cancelled and invalid bids.
- HTML report: Displayed in a pop-up window; content is identical to the PDF report.
- Anonymized HTML report: Displayed in a pop-up window; in addition to the data listed above, it also includes the bids of the other participants, of course without the identifying data of the participants, in an anonymized way.
