How can I communicate with the organizer?

In this article, you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions on exchanging messages in a Fluenta Sourcing event.

Please keep in mind that Fluenta Sourcing doesn't support the private exchange of messages in events. If the organizer replies to it, your message will be anonymized and become public to the other participants of the event; we recommend that you don't include any data in the text of the message that might identify you or your company.

The old "Questions and answers" feature is now included in the Message board.

  1. How can I ask questions from the organizer, how can I message them?

There are two ways to access the Message board.
In the data table on the Sourcing / Start page, click the three dots (...) in the last, Actions column of the given event's row and choose Message board. Or, if you're already viewing the event in question, you'll find the Message board button on the right side of the page, under the organizer's information.

  2. If the organizer replies to a message, will the participants see each other's information?

Based on the operation of the system, participants can't see each other in any way.
However, if the organizer replies to your message, the message will be anonymized and become public to the other participants of the event; we recommend that you don't include any data in the text of the message that might identify you or your company.

  3. When will the organizer reply to the question I asked in a message?

The organizer is automatically notified of your message. The response time depends on the organizer.
