In the case of tendering events for which the deadline for submission has already expired, the event may be reopened so that previously incomplete data may be supplemented. This function is usually used when a participant has not provided the correct answers or when the answers received are incomplete.
The Fluenta Dashboard widget will indicate that you have been invited to the reopened round of an event and an automatic system message will be sent to your email address.
The process is then the same as for a usual tender event. You can start filling out the response form by selecting the Edit answer option in the Actions column in the table view. Once filled out, the response must be submitted and finalized as usual.
In the case of a reopened round, the organizer cannot add new fields to the response form, but can only select which of the existing fields should be filled out again. The answers previously given for these fields will be overwritten at the time of submission, but the organizer will also be able to view the answers submitted in the normal procedure before the reopening of the round.
