To ensure the smooth operation of the system, please follow these simple tips. In case of improper system use, unforeseen anomalies may occur on the participant side.
System requirements
Fluenta is a cloud-based system; all you need is internet access and a suitable browser. The list of supported operating systems and browsers can be found on our website.
Important information
- Do not open Fluenta Sourcing or Fluenta Auction on multiple tabs in a browser, as this might result in data corruption or even data loss.
- Do not open a sourcing event or auction in more than one place, tab, browser or device at the same time, as automatic saves may overwrite each other. To open two different sourcing events or auctions, use two separate browsers or devices.
- Make sure that the time zone set in your Fluenta account matches the time zone of your current location. If they are not the same, you may miss a sourcing event, auction or other deadline based on the times displayed in the system. You can set the time zone displayed in Fluenta on the [Personal settings] page.
- While using Fluenta, please do not change the time settings on your computer as this may lead to data corruption or loss.
- To use Fluenta, you must enable pop-ups on the site. Without it, the mandatory warning messages will not appear and in some cases you will not be able to proceed with the sourcing event, auction or compliance procedure.
- For sourcing events and auctions, we recommend that you log in before the start of the event or auction; if you are a first-time user of Fluenta, we recommend that you consult our interactive tutorials on the FAQ page of our website.
System notifications
Fluenta will notify you of the most important events and information related to sourcing events, auctions, compliance procedures, and orders by automatic email.
If these system messages are not arriving in your mailbox, please check your spam folder and mailbox settings. If for any reason the domain fluenta.eu has been blacklisted, please remove it from the blacklist and place it on the whitelist. If your company does not allow you to do this as a user, please contact your company administrator.
Automatic messages sent by the system are also available in the Fluenta system in your Mailbox (✉).

Attaching files
Depending on the upload speed, you can upload attachments of up to 100 MB. For certain fields on certain forms, the organizer may limit the file formats allowed.
For security reasons, only certain file formats are allowed the Fluenta Auction system. For more information on this, please see our article on the auction system.
