Data displayed on the overview page

If you select Overview in the Actions column of the event's row in the table view of the Fluenta Sourcing > Events page, or click on the event's title, the system navigates to the summary overview page of the procedure.

The purpose of the Overview page is to provide information and help the participant at each stage of the process.


Information available on this page:

  • The event's title.
  • The contact information for the organizing company, and if set up, the contact information for the person responsible for the tender event.
  • The event's identifier: you should refer to this ID number when contacting the person responsible for the procedure or when requesting assistance from the Fluenta Customer Service.
  • You can view or write messages in the Message board accessible from the right side of the page.
  • The Calendar function displays the timing of the event, and immediately below it, the Event timeline window shows all the deadlines.
  • The History function audits the procedure events, automatic notifications sent, and tasks performed for a given event.
  • Next steps: a green box at the top of the page will help the participant by indicating the next steps of the process.
